Vintage Authentic Original Houston Oilers Snap-back Mesh Trucker Hat Cap Crusty

  

From my father-in-law's estate comes this original 1970s decade Houston Oilers snap-back red mesh embroidered hat. My FIL was a big Oilers fan with season tickets and he personally knew owners and players.

This hat has a few issues: 1. The plastic in the snap-back is not fully functioning; because of that, this hat is pretty much limited to being worn in one size only: 21.5 or hat size 6-7/8 to 6-3/4 (SMALL). Although the tag inside is marked "Large", the hat is no longer that. It's a small now. It's dirty and yellowed.

The metal button at the top of the beanie is in decay. The lid of the hat is stained. See photos for all of the above condition issues.
